1982 Front Cover without OBI Strip"Thriller" is the seventh and final single released from the album "Thriller" recorded by Michael Jackson for the Epic label in the U.S., the song reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and #1 on the Radio & Records singles charts, while in the UK, it peaked at #10. "Thriller" was written by Rod Temperton, produced by Quincy Jones, and featured a guest rap from Vincent Price, "Thriller" is one of Jackson's signature songs, in no small part because of its music video. The original U.S. 7" single is a special edit and does not feature the rap by Vincent Price. The original name for the "Thriller" single was "Starlight Love" and demos put it as "Starlight Sun". "Thriller" has remained one of Michael Jackson's biggest hits and charted again in 2009 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Digital Songs at #2 after Michael Jackson’s sudden death on June 25, 2009.This upload is ripped from my own personal mint condition Japanese 12" vinyl single.
